These general terms and conditions of sale (“GTC”) govern the contractual relationship between Celipack (“the seller”) and any natural or legal person purchasing on this website (“the customer”). Placing an order means full and unreserved acceptance of these GTC.
Scope
- The GTC apply to all sales made through the Celipack website, for delivery to the territories offered at checkout.
- Celipack may update the GTC; the version that applies is the one in force at the time the customer confirms the order.
Products and information
- Products are described and illustrated as accurately as possible. Minor differences (screen color, sizing) may occur without liability, provided essential characteristics are met.
- Offers are subject to availability. If an item becomes unavailable after purchase, the customer will be informed and may receive a refund or store credit as communicated.
Orders and pricing
- The order becomes final after payment validation and receipt of the confirmation email.
- Prices are shown in the currency displayed on the site, inclusive of applicable taxes where required by law, excluding delivery fees unless stated otherwise. Celipack may change prices; the customer is charged the prices shown at checkout.
- Promotional codes apply according to the rules displayed (dates, minimum amounts, eligible products).
Payment
- Payment is made using the methods offered on the site (card, bank transfer, cash on delivery where available, etc.). Transactions are processed securely through certified payment partners.
- The seller does not store full card details on its own servers.
Delivery
- Delivery times and areas are shown during checkout. Indicative timelines may vary; reasonable delay does not automatically entitle cancellation unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
- Risk passes according to applicable law (e.g. upon handover to the carrier or upon delivery to the customer, as applicable).
Right of withdrawal
- For distance contracts, consumers generally benefit from a statutory withdrawal period (commonly 14 days from receipt), subject to legal exceptions (personalized goods, sealed goods that cannot be returned for health/hygiene reasons, etc.).
- Practical instructions (form, return address, return shipping costs) are provided on the site or in the order confirmation.
Legal warranties
- Products benefit from statutory conformity warranties and against hidden defects, under applicable consumer and civil law.
- For warranty claims, customers should contact customer service with useful evidence (photos, order number).
Intellectual property

- User-generated content (e.g. reviews) is licensed to Celipack on a non-exclusive basis for display on the site and related marketing, in compliance with applicable regulations.
Liability
- Celipack shall not be liable for indirect damages related to use of the site or a product, within the limits permitted by law.
- Where the seller is found liable, compensation is generally limited to the amount of the relevant order, except in cases of gross negligence, fraud, or mandatory provisions to the contrary.

Governing law and disputes
- These GTC are governed by French law. In case of dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. Failing that, competent courts shall be those with jurisdiction over Celipack’s registered office, subject to any mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
